Who We Are

Redefined Ministries International DRC (Redefined) is a registered organisation in Provience Oriental, Mahagi Territory of Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), which is working to rebuild lives and communities after the damage caused by war.

The name of the ministry was chosen as we believe that God is the Potter that is able to mould countries and people alike. It is the prayer of Redefined that God takes the DRC and refines it in the Spirit’s fire into a people of God. The Congolese people have gold in their strength, high work ethics and indomitable spirits, but they carry the burden of war and hardship. By joining with us you are joining in God’s work to bring healing to this land of rare beauty.

Our vision is to see the people of the Congo shed their image of a war-torn country, and be redefined by God’s amazing love. Redefined will achieve its vision through a multi-tiered approach, commencing with the establishment of:

• A rural Medical Clinic and associated Medical Initiatives;
• Vocational Ministries, particularly in Agriculture;
• Congo Freedom Coffee (CFC), working with Coffee Farmers
• Women and Children’s Ministries, reaching out to the vulnerable
• Infrastructure, including Road development; and
• Church and Community Initiatives.
