The Sewing Project is moving forward this month with a Tailor having been onsite orientating himself with the sewing machines which were purchased through donations.

The team has been working on designs and formats which now look set to go into production this week.

The idea behind the sewing project is to enable local women to be trained / develop their sewing skills and produce menstrual kits supplied by Days For Girls as well as producing water filtration sacks.
